COVID-19 Vaccine Walk-In Clinic

If you are interested and haven’t yet received your COVID vaccine…AND/OR you have a child who is 16+ and you want them to receive the vaccine…EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

A COVID-19 Walk-In Clinic will be held at the YST Wasake Center (Old Shopko Building) from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM on April 22nd and 23rd, 2021 in Wagner.

No appointment is needed.

BOTH the Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine will be utilized.
This clinic is open to the general public, 18 years of age and older for the Moderna vaccine. The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine will be reserved for minors 16 and 17 years old.

Parental or legal guardian consent would be required for the minors receiving the Pfizer- BioNTech vaccine.
This event is with the collaborative efforts of FEMA and the YST COVID-19 Taskforce.
